As you're probably already aware, PWK Designs is a one man show. As such, it has the operational capacity of a single full-time staff member facilitating one client at a time. As the popularity of this service increases, so does the ratio of clients to the engineering staff. The following scale is updated daily to reflect PWK Designs workload: |

Green: Low to moderate workload - good chance of immediate contact via the phone and fast response to web-based inquiries.
Yellow: Moderate to high workload - intermittent availability via the phone and delayed response to web-based inquiries.
Red: Peak workload - no immediate phone or web-based response. This typically indicates a day scheduled for enclosure assembly or mitigating any back-log. |
