The Process - Four Simple Steps

	Step 1: Gather Your Information: Before contacting PWK Designs, it’s always good to have some basic information on-hand (as well as something to write on). Here’s what you’ll want to have available: _• Make, model, and size of your speakers / woofers _• Make, model, and year of your vehicle * _• General dimensions of your listening room * _• Maximum available enclosure dimensions _• How you would like your speakers / woofers to sound Don't worry if you're uncertain about any of the above information; we can get it all figured out in the next step.

	Step 2: Contact PWK Designs: As you can see in the other column, you have a choice of calling PWK Designs, having PWK Designs call you, or filling out an online request form - whatever is more convinient. This is where we discuss what you'd like to achieve with your new enclosure, perhaps even trade a couple of speaker stories to better illustrate the idea.

	Step 3: Write Down Your Case Number: Once we’ve ironed out all the details of your project and have come up with a price quote, you will receive a case number for your personal reference. This number identifies you and the particular project that we’ve just discussed. In fact, if you’d like to have several enclosures designed or built at the same time, you can have several unique case numbers. After the call, you will also receive a courtesy e-mail with all the information.

	Step 4: Submit Your Payment: That's basically it. There's no deadline between the time when you receive your case number and the time of payment, however, no work on your project will begin until the transaction has been completed.

Most Importantly Throughout All This

Have Patience: As you have undoubtedly gathered by now, this is a very unique (and extremely popular) service but, ultimately, it is a “one man show”; from marketing, to sales, to engineering, to assembly, to shipping, to technical support, and so forth. At times, it is not uncommon for a waiting list to form so don't get discouraged if the phone takes you to voicemail every now and then or if there is a bit of a wait time before your order can be filled. On a weekly average, PWK Designs can produce upwards of two fully-assembled enclosures and upwards of ten sets of blueprints. In the end, however, all good things do come to those who wait.
