New Project Assessment Form

With time and experience, I finally decided that the project assessment form was due for a few minor revisions, mainly as it pertains to the performance goals. If you have links pointing to it from your web site, no need to change anything; the URL is still the same.

I would like to get a quote on getting a box design. Subs are 2 3518′s usable space being 36”w x 30″d x 22″h in a 99′ Tahoe.

I have 2005 Chevy Tahoe the cargo space I have to use is 49″w x 29″d x 27″h planning on using 4 sa-15″ sundown subs in a ported enclosure I love low deep bass that’ll u will feel in your chest I too plan on using the m4a amp to power my subs I listen to a lot of rap r&b mostly rap I want to be heard from blocks away something like the cadillac truck you did on YouTube but way harder hitting I’m living in Atlanta ga and I’m paying for whatever is needed so please hit me up I need this bad I prefer for you guys to make the box and have it shipped but if I end up with just the blueprints I’ll manage thanks guys hope to hear from you guys soon

after fillin everything in the project assessment form i cant find the finish or end button. is anyone else having this problem?
